We diamond-grind down to clean concrete (no acid etching, no shortcuts), repair cracks and pits, lay a 100% solids epoxy base, then either broadcast vinyl flake to full refusal or pour a custom metallic finish. The result is seamless and non-porous, so road salt, hot tires, oil, and BC rain wipe up instead of soaking in.
